Alder Addison California King Black Walnut adjustable headboard platform bed model number 3814DUET. Made of solid American Alder and Black Walnut veneered hardwood.  The collection was inspired by mid-century styling yet has a dramatic flair all its own.  The remarkable combination of American Alder and Black Walnut is stunning and would look great in your master bedroom.   The platform surround is 2-1/2 inches wide 2-1/4 wide book matched Solid Alder hardwood.  Four steel channels connect the two platform halves.  Metal bolts and insert nut attachment ensure strength and rigidity of the platform and aid in easy assembly.  The headboard features four height adjustments and steel bracket attachments.  Leg assemblies are strengthened with a four-sided steel box bolted to the platform.  High density wool felt glide inserts protect flooring and eliminates wear. The bed is designed to hold up to 850 lbs.  Sold and shipped disassembled.
